TURNING A BAG INTO A BRAND
CHALLENGE
When a commodity bag supplier acquired a sustainable cooking bag, they reached out for support. They wanted help with product positioning, strategy, target audience and distribution, but most important – results.
SOLUTION
Name the bag, which enabled consumers to create tasty meals in minutes. "Ready. Chef. Go!" bags were introduced with a complete branding suite and photoshoot followed by a digital and print campaign. To get grocers’ buy-in, complete marketing kits, including in-store signage resulted in premier end-aisle and shelf space. Consumers loved the bags and grocers experienced perimeter sales growth over 40%.
